If you mean you forgot to attune to Falcon's Nest, you can go there through the exit near the Machinist Guild
Take the Chocoporter from Ishgard to Falcon's Nest, the exit is blocked till you unlock flying in that zone.
The Chocoboporter is close to the exit, just downstairs.
