Suggestion: select animation frame when doing portraits

So something that has been bothering me for a long time while doing portrait is getting a pose from a dancing animation, and trying over and over to pause at the exact moment where I want. Even more bothersome if the dance animation is long and you need to wait all the way back to the exact moment you want and try to pause at the right time.

Would there be a way to add a frame selection to the poses, so that we could easily select a certain moment of the dance that we'd want to capture for our portrait?

Would love a frame advance button at the very least.
