These changes aren't even that bad and align with more than just ranked winrate. The issue is that it's just powercreep at this point. PCT and others needed to be shot, not others brought up in an arms race against it.
EDIT: Dancer mains on watch though, that job needs a rework at this point.
Meanwhile get even more guard piercing, and guard cracks are still in the game.
Meanwhile we keep doubling down on saying that MCH damage is not a problem, but the defense is, so they need to buff the damage.
Meanwhile AST gets a gratuitous gravity buff AND heal buff just because why not, and we get to swallow the pill just because they reduced its HP slightly — I wish my job also "required a delicate touch" so they'd keep buffing it for no reason.
DNC LB still unplayable.
We also got full circle, most of those DPS jobs back to their EW potencies. There is no direction nor clear pattern behind. It's just based on winrate balancing.
Monk buff - not needed but its a job that cannot go bad by Square enix standard. It must be strong.
Dragoon buff - not needed, just not.
Ninja buff - good one although the aoe got nerfed.
Samurai buff - does this class really need these amount of buffs for no particular reason? Already a busted tank job and now you give them free healing and increased healing potency if they are stunned.
Machinist buff - again a blunder but hey people cry on these forums that machinist is just bad.
Astro buff - have no idea why
WHM buff - remove MP potency but now add 20% more damage taken.. yeah.
DNC buff - pain class and we all hate it
Reaper buff - again heals
Black mage buff - yeah of course BLM gets buffed. Its not like it is overpowered or anything nah...
Viper buff
Just a bad patch overall. All buffs and no nerfs. Where's GNB or any tank nerfs? Where scholar nerfs? Why Samurai can now get instant HP back. Insane what devs are doing.
Just makes me glad I'm done with the current Series and don't have to deal with any of this right now.

Now not everything is bad at all, some changes were needed and appreciated (notably on melees), but you'll also notice how a lot of DPS skill potencies are back to where they started in 7.1? Like Drill? And if one looks at earlier patches, it's the same pattern for a lot of jobs.
They are kinda changing mnk to the old rat job now, gota rat those new players right, while they are running around confusingly, and we will never see them again.
