[Request] Add a new VFX that tied to Completion of Relic Weapon.

Not sure where to post this but i just got a heavy revelation from my dream: Brand New Skill effect/VFX that tied to Relic Weapon.

It is quite obvious that Relic Weapons are supposed to be the grindfest and timesink content. Relic weapons completion usually has the reward of:
1. Similar/Near stat to a savage tier weapon.
2. 'Glowing' weapon VFX.

However, it is also noted that there are already multiple 'Glowing' weapon, some of them are accessible via crafting and/or buying in Market Board/Player Trade. And the other one is the prestigious 'Ultimate' weapon set.

So, in this request i hoped that the devs could implement a brand-new level of relic 'glowy-ness' by adding extra job skill effects to relic completion as a way to make the relic weapon became more 'unique'.

This new brand new VFX 'reward' will make the relic weapon more unique, give a distinct different kind of 'glow' from the crafted/ultimate weapon and add more reason for the player to grind the new relics even after the expansion ends.
+1 if the devs somehow can make the VFX is not tied to the weapon, but to an achievement that unlocked a toggle to activate it.
