Incorrect potency in Rook Autoturret tooltip

Steps:
1. The English-language tooltip for the Machinist action Rook Autoturret lists a minimum potency of 35 and a maximum potency of 75 for Volley Fire.
2. The Japanese, German, and French tooltips list a range of 35-70 instead.
3. My own testing of of this (build the Battery Gauge to various increments, summon the Turret and have it attack a striking dummy, repeatedly until the minimum and maximum values of the +/-5% damage variance have been seen for all battery values, record and cmpare results) –which I did before thinking to check the other language tooltips– side with the D/F/J text, and the English tooltip specifically appears incorrect.
