Gonna Be Honest (Suggestions and rambling)

I really like FFXIV it's my main game since late 2015 early 2016 the Au Ra were what caught my attention still one of my favorite races in fiction, as of late the MMO has plenty room improve and here is how imho.
- There should be less focus on balance and more focus on class Fantasy yeah we're pressing the buttons but is this fun make warrior heavy and a lil slower make smn have mounts to ride and large summons like they guy from ff16 that's class fantasy
- There needs to be better rewards something to show other than a tile or an orcastrion roll
- Bring back hard mode dungeons I'd like to revisit old areas again and have something to do there so I can see the new players and the new players can see me.
- The QOL we have gotten gameplay wise has been getting better but would say maybe could just have sprint as a toggle outside combat maybe can port while running since we can do it while mounting pressing port button again cancels teleport instead of moving.
- Make the starting level of the game level 50 and by time tou get to sastasha you have the level 60 kit this gets rid of the "it gets better later" issue gameplay wise.
- You want people to do ARR HW and etx I'd say add more voice acting especially in the opening sections. people like myself will skip many scenes that are not voiced. It comes across as low effort the characters shadow talking, and it just not entertaining in fact it becomes a chore to play the game waiting for it to get good while older players are mixed about the end game content, and the seeming fall off of QA. With so much to read and for so many hours to just catch up with friends I expect that most people will drop off witha bad impression around the level 50 mark if not before.
- It's an absolute travesty that the weapon story line and Lahabrea's raid story was not voice acted raids in general should be voice acted that would even add replay ability for players like myself.
- should be able to level sync yourself to whatever level you want when in the overworld helping new players is impossible when you are level 100 trying to help the level 15 sprout hunt the 10 squirrels he was going after, it's frustrating for the novice and boring for the older player.
Finally I'd say even though Ik for sure it won't happen; skip the 8.0 xpack all together it just becomes FFXIV (no DT) at 8.0
8.0 in my fanfiction would add 2 new areas but we spend most of the time going through old areas and doing new content in those old areas, it will save on the cost of needing to make new assets (we reuse a lot of assets already) expand on the old story the game is popular for, Polish gameplay systems add more dungeons the sub of the player in 4 month's time will equal out to buying a new xpack anyway.
have a lot more thoughts but that'll be enough for now.
