1. After accepting the quest to be a coastguard member I accidentally drew my weapon and a sniper rifle appeared in my off-hand.
2. Switched classes and the rifle stayed.
3. Completed the quest and the rifle stayed.
4. Teleported to FC house in 28th Ward of Goblet. Rifle disappeared, switched to MCH and drew weapon again. Rifle reappeared.
