Facing Your Demons

I am lvl 30 and have done the Sylph-Management quest but I can not get the Lvl 30 class quest facing your demons. Thaumaturge class.

There should be a reason givin in game why you cant pick it up. Are you level 30? Is the quest red?

"I Can't get it" isn't quite enough information to go off of. There is no known bug for this quest, so it's likely someone you haven't done.

Have you done the prior thaumaturge quests? As Facing Your Demons is the final the thaumaturge quest. And that to gain access to the black mage job, you must complete the job quests from 1 to 30 with thaumaturge. So you may want to check the thaumaturge guild in ul'dah to see what job quests you haven't done yet.
