Game chat input locks up when cycling languages if I cycle past Korean input.

Game chat input locks up when cycling languages if I cycle past Korean input. This makes it incredibly annoying to swap between Italian and Japanese keyboards when I have to cycle paste Korean and end up with my inputs being blocked for 30 seconds or so and the chat box stuck. This has been happening as far back as I can remember (At least shadowbringers).

Steps:
1. Cycle through languages on keyboard to Korean
2. Input is blocked only for korean language
3. Cannot type for like 40 seconds, even if spamming change language key combination
