Scroll Lock no longer removing UI. Can't take screen shots.

Hi there,

Print Screen and Scroll Lock are still working for the rest of my apps, and were working fine on FFXIV until yesterday. Now the UI no longer disappears, and I can't take any more screen shots. I saw a post somewhere about running it through Steam to address this somehow, but that didn't help either. All my googling shows people having troubles taking SS in the first place, but I can see the key combo in keyboard config, it's just not working.

Ideas?

No ideas, but a suggestion for SE: Don't require the UI to be hidden just in order to take screenshots.
