Steps:
1. Catch any collectable scrip fish from the Dawntrail expansion, such as Urqofrog, Chain Shark, Copper Shark, Toari Sucker, Cloud Wasp, Glittergill, or Mirror Carp.
2. Turn-in said fish to the Collectable Appraiser
3. Receive no credit towards the “I Traded That” achievement chain

I believe this is a bug because you receive credit towards the achievement for turning in Dawntrail collectable crafts (such as Rarefied Salmon Jerky), Dawntrail collectable mining and botany gathers (such as Rarefied Magnesite Ore and Rarefied Acacia Log), and for turning in collectable fish from previous expansions (such as Vampiric Tapestry and Moogle Spirit from Heavensward). Dawntrail fish being the exception to this pattern seems unintentional.
