The problem is as I stated in the title. Controller malfunction. Stuttering in game character movement. When walking\running in game, the character will suddenly stop in place, then continue to move. This also is the case when mounted, both on ground and flying. This happens with all my characters. And I'm %100 sure this is a problem with this game specifically. I own and play many games and my controller functions flawlessly on all but this one.
