Are these the same thing cause I cannot see the tribal quests... And if they are the same why do I not get a list of quests like the tribal ones ? It says I have 12 remaining for today but that is all.

Yes, the Beast Tribes were renamed to Allied Societies. Which makes sense when you look at some of the later additions to the lineup. The Timers never gave quest list, I believe, but only told the amount of tokens available. Your reputation with Allied Societies is listen in Character Screen.
