Party or solo: Duty Support Party, happens in solo and standard party content too
Steps:
1. Use Meikyo Shisui
2. Use Gyofu or Fuko
3. See that a stack of Meikyo Shisui has been taken despite those 2 weaponskills not lighting up around the edges.
4. Use Enpi
5. See that no such issue occurs.
