Meh MSQ ending
I did not feel anything by the end of this MSQ and ended up getting more entertainment from forums and reviews. Been playing this game for a decade and have never felt this way after an expansion. Was wondering how many other people felt nothing at the end...

Surely you must have felt disgust at the off-key Disneyfied credits theme.
-
Glad I wasn't the only one that noticed the horrible song choice for the ending song.
-
Actually, I think I did right before I skipped it.

Here.
I felt so indifferent to the story that I just skipped about everything in the last two zones whenever they tried to make a scene emotional.
IDK if it's just me, or I am just crazy, but once I recognised the pattern of when I was supposed to feel a certain way, the story just fell apart as it really banks on you going along with it emotionally.
Once that's gone, your only hope is that the battle content is good. Which it is, so far I've seen.

I actually really liked the final zone up until the trial, after which my mood quickly dropped down to "oh no" when they just copy pasted the heroes's walk scene from ShB. It's the same damn shot without none of the context that made it so great in ShB.
And I had just given them so much credit not relying on memberberries too much (oh god was I paranoid they were going to do an umpteenth flashback to Haurchefant during the gondola scene, and I will give them credit for finally having enough self-restraint not to).

First credits I skipped in the game on first playthrough, and I did that lightning fast hearing the song.

Mostly felt frustration, anger, and cheated out of my first few days of the xPac, should have skipped.
