Some ARR cutscenes have too much lighting

I was rewatching some old cutscenes at the inn, and one of them was particularly unpleasing

It's the scene at Uldah when the leaders of the 3 grand companies consider the terms of surrender given by the Garleans

Seriously, look at that scene and tell me the amount of light isn't too overwhelming. It's like the room had stadium lights.

It also has an effect on the faces of the leaders. Kan-E-Senna and Merlwyb being the most affected by it

The new update raised the general amount of light everywhere and for every light source. And it isn't fixed just by lowering your gamma (because it doesn't fix the effect it has making every color turn whitish and reducing contrast)
