Unable to enter Urqopacha for MSQ

Hello,

I am playing through MSQ and reached the quest where we first entered Urqopacha. However, I forgot to attune to the Aetheryte there and teleported elsewhere as soon as I entered Urqopacha. Now I am in Tuliyollal trying to go back to Urqopacha to continue MSQ but there's no way to go there. I was told that the alpacas take you there but when I went to the NPC it says that I cannot use the alpaca service as I have not been anywhere yet. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Thank you.

edit: solved. there are two npc's in the area and the other one takes you to Urqopacha
