Thinking of doing a re-install, I know in steam when starting the launcher, it usually says that there is a "patch" available when it's the entire game.
Anyone know from past experience if its possible to Re-Install when a patch is available for download ?

I would assume so, you could reinstall the game before the patch drops, so I would guess once it has dropped it would be added into the download list.
Steam will only download the launcher itself, it's just a few mb's.
You can, however, it would advise against since usually (previous expansions) the download itself goes slower as billions of people are al downloading at the same time.
My advice would be to not remove the game and just download the patch itself to play DT and do a reinstall in like a month.
IIRC it took about 3-4 weeks for the main EW server issues to resolve I.E people not nolifing the game anymore.
As for the time for the patch to go live I have no idea ... it could be tomorrow evening but it could also be Friday morning a few hours before the servers go open again.
