Let people know they can't create characters on locked worlds when subscribing

i recently sub'd to find out i cant play on my friends world in their fc. sure we can hop worlds, but the whole point was to be in the FC with them, kind of really lame id rather not even play, so i wasted $15 , they need to alert people of the worlds that can't be accessed by new players or new chars created on them before they fork over money you refuse to refund even in reasonable circumstances, ridiculous you people refuse to be human andd just give me my money back for failing to alert people who dont know about it that you dont let people make new chars on the servers, i was willing to sit in a que, it still sucks, they all made new chars on my serv just to play with me so it feels great knowing im the reason everyone had to migrate great design maybe let players with no characters on the world at all create one and sit in que, ridiculous you pay for a service and then can't use it the way you intended and then can't get a refund, either, really just lame as hell


You should tell players who aren't aware when they subscribe of the issue, even if it's a pop up box with a visual that warns them if they were trying to play with their friends these worlds can not have new characters made on

That way they can wait to to sub for it to open instead of wasting their money or in my case feeling guilty for all your friends migrating to the one they can all play on

It's kind of pointless to show it in the game because you already paid the sub.

Seriously let people know when they go to committ to the payment that certain worlds aren't available for character creation it's very frustrating to waste game time on a game that has absolutely no way of getting your time discounted or free so the game days are more valuable. Great for y'all but annoying for us when. We buy it and then find out we can't create chars on those worlds

You can’t make a new character on a locked world even during the free trial

You would have gone through confirmation about this when you made your character

They also don’t hide the fact that they change which worlds are locked depending on demand, if you were worried about that you should have changed your world immediately

It specifies:
* New characters cannot be created on Congested Worlds.
*The creation of new characters may also be restricted on other Worlds, depending on the level of congestion.

I studied this myself prior to buying and subscribing the game, where with the free trial I was unable to create a character on my desired world and studied how to get around it. Back then, we didn't even have world visit or cross-world party finder. Now we do, so you can communicate across worlds using a Cross-World Linkshell, you can visit their world and go to them at their FC house.

If you already upgraded from the free trial, the launcher usually contains a link to the latest announcement on which worlds have Congested status. It's not actually their fault if you don't study the information they present in front of you. If the world does not have Congested status, then you actually can make a character, it just depends on the time of day and how congested it is.
