Housing wards in Dynamis

Returning player here. Been away for over a year and started a new player on Dynamis. I noticed that the housing plots in wards 25-30 are all open but unavailable. I have tried looking it up but can't seem to find any info anywhere on when those wards are going to be available. Does anyone know when this might be happening?

They haven't shared any plans on when they are going to open those wards for bidding. For now, there's quite a few houses still available to tide you over till then.
