Auto Umbrella Overwrites PvP Hotbars

If rain causes a character to pull out their umbrella, and they are moved to a PvP area while the umbrella is still out (via Teleporting to Wolves' Den Pier, or duty finder) the 1st hotbar retains the umbrella actions instead of PvP actions assigned to the 1st hotbar. Abilities are still able to be casted, but cannot be seen.

Traveling to a PvP area after manually using an umbrella does not have this effect.
