I had a concern with explicit messages I saw not being appropriate for younger players potentially present, my report was responded to within a few hours and made sure to collect any other information regarding the issue. Was very polite and professional, very happy with them taking the time to look into the issue.
The way they stuck to in world phrases and their manner of speaking felt like a very good way to calm whomever they may be helping, I appreciate their professionalism!

GM Zhanimetus spoke with me today to follow up on a griefing report. They were quick to respond and thorough when asking for more details on the incident. After speaking with the GM, I felt my issue was taken seriously and with a sense of respect for all players’ experiences. I appreciate the effort they put into the investigation and wish them the best!
