"Crafting & Gathering" achievements are permanently Incomplete for me

In regards to the reply when I last submitted this same ticket which was incorrectly closed as Not a Bug...

1. I am gathering in the Diadem and turning the items in to Flotpassant for skyward points and crafting and handing items in to Potkin. I do not simply gather and craft items without turning them in and expecting points awarded.
2. Please look at the images I attached below. Why doesn't the progress bar show up? Should it not show a progress bar if this is not a bug? If this is not a bug, why do I not see a progress bar at all?

If you have any questions, I can answer them and/or provide a video somehow of what I am seeing.

Description:
I am unable to earn nor see any progress on any of the following "Crafting and Gathering" achievements...

- Crafting in the Air
- Handking of the World
- Gathering in the Air
- Landking of the World
- Castle in the Sky

When I click other incomplete achievements a progress bar is show, but for these achievements no progress bar appears. After clicking, the item animates but does not expand to show any progress bar. The dotted line, just above where the progress bar would be appears, but the progress bar is not shown.

I know that I am not earning progress on these because I have spent a very long time in the Diadem (likely enough to earn Castle in the Sky) yet somehow I haven't completed Gathering in the Air. This Gathering in the Air achievement, for example, should absolutely be completed, yet is showing incomplete and no progress bar. The others should also likely have already been completed.

Steps (after entering the bad state):
1. Open Achievements
2. Select "Crafting and Gathering"
3. Select "All Disciplines"
4. Observe any one of the affect achievements (see above) and note that the expand (right arrow) character does not appear within the achievement item window description.
5. Click any one of the affect achievements (see above) and note that clicking does not reveal any progress bar

Notes:
- I do not know how or when my account entered into this bad state. Believe it or not I have never checked my "Crafting and Gathering" achievement progress until today, and I have spent a very large amount of time in the Diadem, and also turning in crafting collectables for points.
- I own all FFXIV expansions.
- Logging in and logging out does not resolve the problem.
- I tried claiming trophies for other achievements which I completed in "Crafting and Gathering" (with hopes that this would somehow correct the problem) yet the issue is still occurring.
