Character name blinks when using Dragoon abilitiy Jump or High Jump

Frequency: Doesn't happen every time Jump or High Jump is used. Sometimes my character's name blinks, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it happens many times in a row, sometimes only once or twice per instance. I asked around, and so far one other person has responded saying this happens to them as well.
World name: Atomos
Character name: Koh'a Tayuun
Class/Level: Dragoon level 90
Party or solo: party
Area and coordinates: It's happened in both the new raids and trial, and in older content, such as Labyrinth of the Ancients. Being level synced or at level 90 doesn't seem to matter.
