Please make Ragnarok alive again!

Hi,
I can't understand : why do you allow more than 1 or 2 characters per account per server? We don't need more than 1 character, anyway! If ever we could have only 1 job per character... But no!
For convenience, maybe 2 would be ok! Then make people pay hard for more! Monthly!
And clean servers : delete unused characters which didn't connect in 2 years! First, send a mail to explain why and how then wipe them all!

There are players using their many characters to prevent others from plot ownership... They flood the lotteries just to be sure noone would be granted no land anymore!.. That would be a huge ban and wipe if I was in charge!! You have enemies amongst your customers! Please deal with them!! They are destroying the game experience for other players... And Ragnarok market is just dead cause there're no new players anymore Q_Q If there's an important topic to deal with, I can't see no other :-/
