Steps:
1. Checked Triple Triad Card List and saw that no. 274 "Huaca" was missing in my card
list.
2. Looked up location and found it can be bought from Nacille (Gemstone Trader) in Fanow, Rak'tika Greatwoods after getting rank 1 in Fates completed in zone.
3. Went to Nacille and found card is not in npc inventory, checked all tabs.
4. Checked achievements and I have "Free Market Friend: Rak'tika Greatwood" Achievement which means I have rank 3 from fates. Thus I should be able to buy the
card, but I can't.

Did you actually complete patch 5.2 MSQ?
