Update the Materia Mendor map icon to Red

Requesting a quality-of-life change to the materia melder icon. It currently is the pale-blue color of main attribute materia. This materia was removed and is no longer meldable since Patch 5.0 and the release of Shadowbringers in 2019. It is not immediately apparent to new players that this NPC is associated with materia.

I suggest we update the color of the materia in the icon to the red of offensive substat materia (Savage Might Materia IV, for example).
