I was unable to find Lemur at its reported location at 8pm. Will edit this post after checking its location at 6am. Weather was clear skies.

EDIT: Found the Lemur at its reported location at 6am. Weather was cloudy.
EDIT 2: Glyptodon can also be found in the rain.

You're missing crab (beachcomb), grand buffalo, and the alligator. You can find the info here if you want to update your list along with more details on the others.

Alligator confirmed to be large. Medium restraint does not work.
Spawned during Showers (not Rain), from 08:00ET, and despawned at 09:00ET.

Saw Gold Back spawn just after 22:00 during rain.

I'm making a map! I hope that it can be of some help, even as it's clearly a work in progress. I'll continue to update as new information comes to light, enjoy!

Saw the Yellow Coblyn at 10:55am during the fog. Not sure if time of day matters.

Extra data point: I just got the goldback around 10 AM in rain
