The Appointed Jacket of the Appointed Attire doesnt dye completely

The Appointed jacket of the Appointed Attire has a few sections that dont dye properly, but instead become a random lighter tone of the selected dye. Those sections being at the shoulders, on the sides under the arms and on the back. Like when dying it jet black, those parts randomly become a jarring grey color, instead of also changing to jet black. Or when dying it any red it becomes a jarring pink color or orange color.
Please make it so, that it dyes completely and properly.

got mine wore it once and put it in storage.
