Someone in my FC is colour blind but she doesn't have the type of colour blindness that is most known so it would be great if other options to support ALL the forms of colour blindness could be implemented somehow so it makes seeing all the markers possible :eek::cool::D
What do they have?
There are 4 common types of colour blindness:- proto, deutro, trito, mono. and every colourblind person has varying levels of 1 or more of these types, so trying to cater to every combination is somewhat difficult.
That said the filters the game has along with other steps they take do make the game much much better. even if some of those other steps often slip under the radar and may not be noticed..
The Alzadaal's Legacy dungeon for example has a color mechanic with the curtains on the last boss. I cant see the colours too well. but the devs were smart and did this. (Snipped the image from a mtq youtube video)

So even if all the curtains look the same colour it's easy to distinguish them via the subtle design differences (counting the knotts) there's a lot of other mechanics in the game that are very similar and it's pretty smart how the devs cater to it.
Things arent perfect by any means but it's honestly super nice the way they try to handle it.. one of the few examples of accessibility done right imo.
always down for more improvements though. because there are still a few mechanincs and dungeons that are like wtf?
I'm colorblind as well (deuter) and I have to say that some times it's tricky. BUT.
* The colorblind options helped me a lot. I didn't put it to the maximum, only like half way through and its day and light for the green variance.
* As Almost all the colour mechanics have another indicator to help you with. Not all though.
For instance, I was struggling a little bit with P4S second phase on the Wreath Of Thorns because it's only the colour. But activating the colorblind option eases the processus a lot.
