Let us upload means to show in-game screenshots when reporting cheaters and or videos, Even outside of the game it's very hard to show the screenshots in proof without going thru hoops to do it. It will help you get more info needed to do the action to thank you!
They view screenshots as harassment if there's names so, I doubt they'd ever let you include them.
Screenshots and videos are completely unnecessary. Yeah, I know they say that screenshots and videos can be included in a report, but...
SE aren't blithering idiots. They have this game monitored a million ways from Sunday, and logging that is equal to, if not surpassing, something like how F1 and NASCAR teams monitor their cars. So, yeah, at a race you might get a great picture of a tire blowing out, but the millisecond you hit the button to take that picture, they already knew the tire air pressure, tire temperature, g-forces on the tire, rupture point of the tire, and probably a dozen other things I am not aware of, because I'm really not all that into car racing.
All one needs to do is provide SE a general idea of what the report is about. Time, date, and a general idea.
Looking up that time and date, SE has access to what you've said and done, what others have said and done, including what actions you've taken, and what actions others have taken. They know exactly what you typed, where you moved and by how many keystrokes. They have times of keystrokes and mouse button presses down to at least the second, but more likely the tenth or hundredth of a second.
They know exactly what took place. They're not going to find themselves bewildered by their own data, and suddenly enlightened by a screenshot someone took.
Literally, and logically, the only reason they even make it possible for you to submit these is so people don't constantly (constantly) complain to the devs and/or customer service that there's no way to share screenshots and videos along with their report (see: the WoW forums and constant 'I want to upload my screenshot to prove my report' complaints.)
