"Circle of Sacrifice" buff not being removed by DNC Emboite/Entrechat/Jete/Pirouette

Despite the DNC actions Emboite/Entrechat/Jete/Pirouette being labeled as weaponskills, they do not remove the buff granted by Arcane Circle "Circle of Sacrifice"

3. Circle of sacrifice buff on Dancer is not removed, despite these actions being labed as weaponskills
4. Reaper does not gain a stack of Immortal Sacrifice
