Overall through all the forum posts and videos on healing he has come up w the most feasible and dynamic answer to healing.

He highlights problems and provides workable solutions and even has taken feedback into updating his proposals.

For real though, they do great analysis on current healer jobs and how to improve them. I know their videos were discussed on the forum in another thread, but it's still a great recommandation.
