Background.
Worldwide, fan clacking is done to indicate something interesting or make a statement. If a raid boss kills you, /clack is appropriate. If your friends say something fun, /clack is appropriate too. /clack is a way to express emotion.

Steps.
1. Character holds large hand fan out, unopened.
2. Quick flick of wrist to make a loud clack.
(Repeating motion for step 3)
3. Lightly fan self, have character look at target.
