I would also appreciate an answer to this. Some buds of mine recently convinced me to come back to the game and so I have with hopes that I'd be able to transfer to their server, but it's been down since I returned, and I have not heard a peep from SE about it.
At least its nice to know that I'm not the only one affected by this. I returned from my vacation from the states and hoping I'd be able to transfer my character back to my home DC... I hope they address this soon, I'm quite annoyed having to wait day after day unsure when this service is gonna kick in.
Would like to hear an update on this front too. Been waiting since early December and I'm desperate to transfer to where my friends are actually playing. It's getting a bit stressful.
