Unable to level past 60

I have bought the base game and Shadowbringers. Registered the Steam keys in Mog Station.

On the Service Account Status it shows the account as a Standard (Steam) Account.

Under Platforms, in the PC column, all of the boxes are checked except Endwalker.

I have a payment method set up for the subscription.

When I am in-game, I am unable to gain XP past 60.

What am I missing?

Hmm..
Ideally you should be getting EXP, only things that I can think of is:
A: You Registered the codes on a different account
B: THere was a glitch and maybe re-logging would help
C: Content that you're doing isn't netting EXP for some reason
