Did Chi finally spawn on Exodus instance 3 yesterday?

I camped this most of the day yesterday, but finally had to leave to sleep at 10 PM (US EST). If it did spawn, what time was it?

At least I got my Ultima Thule Shared FATE to rank 3 during the wait.

Just took a look through hunt discord and see no record of it.

NM "world boss" FATE in Ultima Thule, chance to spawn after completing a short FATE chain, as long as the previous kill of Chi was outside of it's spawn cool down (48 hours real time)
Basically, one of the EW NM FATEs like previous exspansion's Odin, Ixion, Tamamo Gozen, Coeurlregina, Archaeotania, etc....
Killing Chi, thus completing the FATE, you are rewarded an amount of Chi Bolts depending on your score, which is currency to trade in for the Level Checker mount.
