am i the only one upset at how they did FSH?

ok imagine if you will you need purple carrots and need 12 of them right? you can TARGET gather them and for the low low cost of 500 GP get each gathering attempt to give you 3 purple carrots 4 gathering attempts times 3 carrots per gather bam ez 12 purple carrots

ok now lets say you need say 12 northern herrings? not only can you not necessarily target gather them (unless you caught one before and spend a whopping 350GP) but you can spend just a measly measly 700 GP to catch two more of that fish so all together with popping cordial you get 4 northern herring for 1050 GP and heres the best part if you don't get any other northern herrings til your GP refills you're looking at maximum 3150 GPspent for 12 fish TWELVE FISH compared to BTN or MIN not only getting a free target gathering but spending (comparing to the worst outcome aka max GP spent) 2650 GP less

i may just be mad for no reason but how can anyone with a brain cell think this was ok?

I don't have much of a problem with regular fishing per se. I was able to pretty quickly catch what I need even though it's RNG. As long as you know exactly the conditions and bait for your fish, it's not so bad.

However, I think they need to significantly reduce that spearfishing gauge speed that ends the Teeming Waters... I dont really like how the new spearfishing goes... A little bit of lag kills my chances... Fishing is supposed to be rather relaxing, and now this new spearfishing is making it the opposite... And spending 300 GP on extending that gauge is just silly. Sometimes, one can spend 600 GP to extend it two times, and still get absolutely nothing that one needs... (you may know you need a big one or a small one that swims fast or slow, but you don't always catch them if you have a little bit of lag).
