My Endwalker purchase gone overnight?

Hey all, anybody have had this issue? I'm not even sure where to go. Been playing Endwalker since early access. Beat the story. Have multiple 90s already.

I log in this morning, and the game/mogstation is saying I don't own endwalker and I need to buy the expansion? I bought both collectors edition for PC and PS5 and now it's saying I need to buy them.

So, I can't even access endwalker stuff right now. I put in a ticket, but I'm obviously really to play. Has this happened to anybody else berfore?

You should have two codes, one for early access and one for the expansion proper. The early access ended so you need to apply the expansion code.

If you bought through SE itself, may want to check your mailboxes, from what I understand they would have send out mails with the expansion code on the 7th. If you got the game through Steam, you should know where the key is, because it would be where you'd gotten the pre-order key as well, and Steam at least gave us both keys at the same time.

SQEX solved it in a very customer unfriendly way. The code for early access and EW is in the SAME e-mail! Open the early access e-mail, click on the link in the mail and then you will get a website with TWO codes in it. :)

Another way to find your full game code is on the SE store itself in your order history. It should have a button saying something like 'view unlocked code'. There itll have the EA code and Game code. If for watever reason it doesnt have the game code then that may mean the order failed to take payment, but it would say as such on the order history. If that is the case then simply check your bank incase its a mistake, and try again :)

You should have got an email called "Your FINAL FANTASY XIV: Endwalker registration code is now available" if you got it from SE store.

Not always. My code is in an e-mail with the title:

[Square Enix Europe Store] Confirmation of order

There is a big red button with the label: CLICK HERE TO GET ACCESS TO YOUR PRODUCTS

Some, like me, did not get a email. If you got Endwalker from the square enix store then login to the store and go to orders. There you will find the the second code for re register Endwalker.

If you bought it through the square enix store you can log in and get the code. I deleted the email and found it that way
