Looking for - 1 DPS (SMN/MNK/NIN/DRG/SAM)

Brief Introduction
We're a group of WoW Vets seeking refuge in a better game. We're generally new-ish to the game but we've raided at decent enough levels to understand the preparation and commitment required for effective raiding. We've recently lost a member due to RL commitments and would like to find a long-term member for our static moving forward.

Raid Experience
Started a month and a half before EW's release and have done the following of any reasonable notability;
- UWU
- E9S-E12S (With Echo)

Schedule
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thur @ 9PM-12AM GMT+8
For the first 2 weeks of raid launch, we may incorporate additional raid nights subject to the group's availability, prioritizing weekdays.

Aims & Expectations
We aim to clear content as quickly and efficiently as possible within the constraints of our raid schedule. Hence, we expect the following of any interested parties:
- Raid Preparation: pots, food
- Self Preparation: class knowledge, fight knowledge, gearing(melds, fight-specific BiS, etc.)
- Punctuality & Commitment: Try your best to make the scheduled raid nights and inform us if you can't beforehand.
- Open to criticism/feedback
- Discord + working mic
- Be a decent human being i.e. not a dick

Additional Information
We're mostly from Singapore with aussies that have played with us long enough to understand our lingo and accents. Banter is to be expected and late-night fishing. We are also aiming to clear older ultimates during downtime after 6.X Savages / DSU.
