Rn i'm at the first quest of the 5.4 patch and when i get into the Rising Stones there is no Krile to start the quest , all of the other NPCs are in the zone, and the marker is on my map, though, Krile isn't there... I tried waiting for around 20 minutes and nothing. Anybody has an idea ? I have posted a screenshot on Reddit if you want to check :
