New Game+: Shadowbringers - Part 3 Doesn't Reflect Eden Progression

I have been using the New Game+ feature for all MSQ and have seen proper quest progression reflected throughout, even for things I have only completed recently (ex, getting Machinist dialogue from Hilda in Heavensward MSQ despite not having leveled MCH until this past year). But in completing patches 5.2 and 5.3 this week in Shadowbringers - Part 3, I realized the cutscenes were the versions reflecting no Eden progression, even though I definitely have progressed and completed Eden.

I have not technically replicated this, as reaching the affected cutscenes in NG+ again would understandably take some time. But I have recorded footage of the NG+ version of the cutscenes that I can share, if needed. I checked the 5.2 quest "An Old Friend" in The Unending Journey, which allows me to reflect progression, and compared it to recorded footage. My footage is the default, no progression version.

Edit 11/20/2021: I am also logging that in the 5.2 quest "Echoes of a Fallen Star", the flag for Cyella to appear as an option to speak to in The Pendants also doesn't seem to be working. In NG+, I had the four role quest NPC options, but no Cyella. Upon replaying the scene in The Unending Journey, Cyella is an option, since I did complete "Shadow Walk with Me".

I can confirm New Game+ Chapter "Shadowbringers - Part 4" also doesn't seem to have contain any flags for Save the Queen progression (example scene: Cid during the Main Scenario Quest "Reviving the Legacy"). So it seems flags for Shadowbringers content specifically have not been implemented into New Game+?
