When you start the battle it doesn't let the full party into the fight some times it lets 4/8 7/8 6/8. It never once let my full party join the fight. Each time was a different ammount of people left out the fight. Is this a bug I have no clue, but I'm reporting it for the SE team.
There is an issue with entering the battle using the Eastern entrance of the Silver Bazaar. The temporary fix is to enter the Silver Bazaar via the Western entrance. That entrance allows access without issues.
