Confirmation of purchase of an optional

Hewlo, today i ordered an mount (payed through Steam), than i got the mail, that say [Square Enix Account] FFXIV Notification: Purchase Complete, and other info about order, then i seen a sentence's "Your purchase can be confirmed via the Your Account page.
You have consented to immediate receipt of content and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel your purchase upon receipt."

And i can't get this, on web-site, on my account i see only payment history, but i can't find "Confirm", i see only info about order, so do i need to confirm or just wait? (And how much time it take to delivery mount, im waiting about 2 hours, and still nothing , (I have emply mail box, so it should have warned me that something came to me, but nothing.

You do not need to "confirm" anything, the wording of the notification basically means that you can view the order and associated information and billing "invoice" on Your Account webpage.
That said, depending on which type of item you buy from the SE store, it can take several hours to a day or two to receive them in game. Items that are Account Wide generally take much longer that items that are for a single character.
Also, On Sale items and/or New Items can take much longer than normal to process and be received depending on the rush of other players currently making purchases, the user-load of the store, and the types of payment methods used.

In your Moogle Mail menu, there is a button to click to "request" faster delivery of store/premium/reward mails, which can sometimes make the process go faster.
Otherwise, just be patient, your mount will show up.

Also don't forget to clean out your Moogle delivery box as they can only hold a maximum 20 messages, which remain even after you've removed an item and can build up quickly if you've been buying a lot of items on the Mogstation - you have to delete messages manually.

If the inbox is full, no more messages can be received and it will not even inform you of it in the GUI (the mail moogle will tell you if they had to 'return' any messages though, although they did not 'return' it, it's just their way of saying you have new messages but cannot receive any more).

It's just saying that you can get confirmation of your order (review details, etc) by visiting your account page. It's not telling you to go confirm anything to finalize the order. It's already complete.
