so i just went to try and resub because my sub ends at midnight, but when i went to what i assume was to resub it paid 4 crysta and then i got an email saying my service account was now activated? i don't know what i clicked on (i dont think it was the resub button looking back) as i wasn't paying attention but surely my account was not deactivated prior as ive been able to play
also ive noticed i now have 1/8 characters on my home world instead of 1/1 (was paying entry sub before)
Sounds like your sub went from whatever they called that lite version to a normal one.
Yeah, you must have been on an 'Entry' subscription tier which is the cheapest subscription but restricts you to only having one character per server to a maximum 8 total - upgrading to a 'Standard' subscription increases the amount of characters you can create - 8 per server to a maximum 40 total, but naturally costs more.
So it looks like you're now on a Standard subscription apparently, but do not worry, you can change back to an Entry one if you cannot afford the higher charges, by going back into the Mogstation and selecting the relevant option, but any characters created on each server after the first would be inaccessable unless a Standard sub was selected.
