Targeting Highlight Option - Being Reset (BUG)

To Square-Enix:

With the implementation of Patch 1.22, there's a new option that highlights your Target in Yellow Outline.

I've disabled the option via:

Configuration -> Targeting Settings -> Target Highlight -> OFF

And it disabled it.

However the bug is that when you relog back in, it has a chance to "reset" to the Yellow Outline being Active (On), but the Configuration still lists it at "OFF".

If you toggle it once (Click "On" and then "Off"), it goes away again.

Please fix.

As me and my LS mates have the exact same problem, I'm going to fill in the form too. It's really annoying.

Party or Solo: Solo

Steps:
1. Ensure target highlighting is turned off and is not showing when targeting something.
2. Log out.
3. Log back in. Now the highlighting effect might be visible as if the setting was turned on.
4. When checking settings the option is turned off.
5. Toggle the switch to remove effect.

Area and Coordinates: Starts when I log in in the inn room (Ul'dah), continues until I change the settings from the menu (from off to on and then back off again)
Party or Solo: Starts when I log in (solo), continues despite of if I'm in a party or not

Whops, I guess I should've checked them again before posting, only checked the known issues post. :)

In any case, I hope this'll be fixed soon, it's really annoying.
