possible changes that may happen unforeseen

I have a question that I ask myself, as a result of all the exodus that is having of people who leave the wow and go to the FF, is it possible that the game can be translated into other languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese or Italian? And also that it can open new servers for example, in Europe?

Probably won't happen cause of manpower, money and not enough playerbase in the game to justify it

New servers will be opened in Europe obviously but that takes time and there are challenges getting the hardware that were explained on the lodestone.
