Free transfer before Endwalker?

anyone know if they will do a free transfer to another server before Endwalker?

Unlikely. They only do free transfers for new datacenters or congested to preferred/new(of which none currently exist)

They have no reason to offer free transfers at this time when there are no new worlds being added and no data center reorganization occurring.

Probably the soonest we'll see another free transfer is when they bring the Oceania Data Center online (hopefully sometime next year).
