Lost Bravery timer displays incorrect information

Steps:
1. Applied the Lost Action "Lost Bravery" before an encounter in Delubrum Reginae. The timer in the buff bar would display the "9min" coundown.
2. During and outside of combat, the timer would change to "1min" and begin to count down. As the timer reached roughly 3 seconds, the timer on the buff would refresh back to 1 minute.
3. Sometimes the buff would disappear entirely, but would randomly come back with 1 minute on the timer.
4. Confirmed with other party members and they witnessed the same issue.
