Castle in the sky/pteranodon

Is castle in the sky and pteranodon mount still attainable if we start grinding for it now?

Absolutely. Castle in the Sky and Pteranodon mount takes literally months or even more than a year to complete.
SE will likely keep it going forever. It makes no sense to release something this difficult to achieve, but not giving sufficient time for players to do it.

Yes, I don't think it'll ever run out and that currently Ishgard Restoration is complete so don't expect any changes in terms of current strategy.

It does take a long time though. I'm slowly getting through but I know it's going to be casual work throughout the year
